YPG-1000 Hydraulic rail bender is suitable for railway line various models of rail layup for vertical alignment, guarantee the two root rail joint flat. This machine is simple in structure, convenient in operation, the use of safe, reliable quality, etc. Suitable for works departments maintenance, overhaul and repair work. 

Working principle: reciprocating swinging lever, will force on the stay at the top of the straightening of rail, through the other side of the head and middle part of the hook, the rail straightening, make the plunger pump work (oil suction, pressure), high pressure oil into working inside the cylinder, piston rod, according to the principle of leverage, so can achieve lower rail joint for alignment.
